Aluminium spacer be designed for insulating glass. After the surface treatment, there’s no oxidation, no corrosion. It works very well together with our molecular sieve. They contribute a lot to from an excellent dual-seal system in insulating glass units. There are two main types, one is for manual use, and the other is for machinery use.

Technical property:Height: 6.5mm-7.5mm Width: 4mm-30mm available, and we can also produce according your special requirement. Thickness: 0.3-0.35mm, with limit deviation of ±0.025mm. Bending: no hard bending allowed. Length is determined by customer.

Technical requirements:1. Wall thickness: the thickness one side is ensured between 0.30 and 0.35mm and the tolerance limit is allowed to be ±0.025mm.2. Bending degree: no sharp bending or side bending is allowed (except for natural droop). 3. Appearance: the surface shall be smooth, free of damage signs and the air holes shall be evenly laid out.

Packing: we have two options for packing, carton box and knitting bag. The unit weight of per pack is 20±.05kg (in knitting bag) and 25±0.05kg (in carton box). The packing shall be smooth and straight in appearance, no twisting and no exposure.

Storage:four No’s must be followed: No bare landing, no moisture, no shocking, and no over-packing.
